KTM EXC EXC-F 2017-2023 70mm Swingarm Extension CNC Alloy Blocks (TIG Weld-In). These blocks are precision-engineered from 6061 T6 aluminum and CNC-machined for superior weldability. They are designed to extend the swingarm by 70mm and were originally developed for KTM-based sidecars by TAG-Z Motorsports. They are also used by dune riders for improved stability and in hill climb applications. Will not fit linkage swing arms. Requires cutting the swingarm and TIG welding the extension blocks into place. Must be installed by a skilled fabricator. Full preheating of both the swingarm and extension blocks is essential for a proper weld. Installation is at your own risk.

These swingarm extension blocks are precision-engineered from 6061 T6 aluminum and CNC-machined for superior weldability. They are designed to extend the swingarm by 70mm.
Originally developed for KTM-based sidecars by TAG-Z Motorsports, these blocks are also utilized by dune riders seeking improved stability on high-power bikes and in hill climb applications. Please note that you are purchasing the blocks only, not the swingarm itself.
