It features a honeycomb structure with gas-filled cells to simulate an inner tube. Self-pressurising agents create gas bubbles, making the mousse puncture and abrasion immune. Developed for off-road competition use. The mousse is surrounded by a thin external membrane for easy fitting. NHS (Not for Highway Service) rating indicates it is not recommended for road use. When new, it is equivalent to an inner tube inflated to 0.9 bar.
