VintCo SLM03A is a USA-made cast-iron cylinder sleeve with an 82mm bore, designed for 1973-1980 Maico 440 and GS 440 engines. Made for VintCo by Advanced Sleeve, this replacement sleeve is intended for installation by an experienced machinist. It features correctly angled ports to minimize port-matching work and can be bored and honed to fit the stock-size VintCo piston kit. Note that 1973-1977 applications require additional machine work. Specifications include a 157mm height, 90mm outside diameter, 99.6mm flange outside diameter, 9.1mm flange height, 4.1mm wall thickness, 31.7mm intake port, and an exhaust port location at 47.4mm. Material is cast iron.
