MB MIG wire liner suitable for wire sizes 0.6mm to 0.9mm. This 4-meter blue liner is designed for Binzel type MIG torches including Weldline, Binzel, Starparts, SWP, and Parweld. The liner's function is to transport the MIG wire from the wire feed unit through the torch to the contact tip, where it receives welding current. To install, unscrew the liner nut at the Euro connector end, remove the gas nozzle and contact tip, insert the liner, refit the liner nut, and trim any excess liner flush with the tip adaptor. Screw in the contact tip; it should be tensioned against the liner to ensure a seamless wire feed. If the contact tip is too tight to insert, cut the liner shorter accordingly.

This is a high-quality MIG wire liner designed for smooth and consistent wire feeding during welding operations. It is specifically manufactured to accommodate wire sizes ranging from 0.6mm to 0.9mm.

The liner plays a crucial role in the MIG welding process by guiding the welding wire from the wire feed unit, through the MIG torch, and to the contact tip. A properly fitted liner ensures an uninterrupted and accurate wire delivery, which is essential for achieving clean and strong welds.

This liner is a 4-meter length and features a distinct blue color for easy identification.

Key Features:

  • Designed for MIG welding applications.
  • Suitable for wire sizes: 0.6mm to 0.9mm.
  • Length: 4 meters.
  • Color: Blue.
  • Ensures smooth and consistent wire feed.
  • Critical component for effective MIG welding.

Installation Notes:

To install, unscrew and remove the liner nut located at the euro connector end (wire feed end). Then, remove the gas nozzle and contact tip. Insert the new liner and refit the liner nut.
