The unique flat face design minimizes weight, ensuring the 2-RING FUSION remains as narrow as a conventional sprocket. It features an inner ring crafted from high-strength, ultralight 7075 T6 aluminum and an outer ring made of nickel-coated steel. Through a precise manufacturing process, the outer ring is expanded at 200°C and then fitted to the inner ring, creating a permanent fusion bond that guarantees durability for the life of the sprocket.
