MINO REAR SPROCKET FUSION 2-RING, 23-612-48 BLUE STEEL/ALLOY. The longest lasting most durable off-road sprocket. Unique flat face design keeps weight to a minimum and is as narrow as a regular sprocket. Inner Ring is high strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium. Outer Ring is Nickel Coated steel. Outer is expanded at 200 °C and then fitted to inner, creating a permanent fusion friction bond. Inner ring in 7075 aluminum and special hardened steel outer ring combine low weight with maximum lifespan. CAD designed, CNC machined and laser cut using state of the art technology. Precise manufacturing interlocks both rings, eliminates all movement. Sector optimized layout for maximum strength and lowest weight. Inner ring is color anodized coated for extra strength and durability. Race proven on the toughest sand tracks.
