Forged piston kit B 77mm for Athena and OE cylinders. This Athena piston is manufactured using reverse extrusion and cutting-edge CNC machining tools, ensuring dimensional tolerances of less than 0.01 mm. Constructed from a special high-performance aluminum alloy with high silicon content, these pistons offer the same reliability as OE pistons with increased resistance and excellent performance. The smooth profile promotes regular flow and perfect flame propagation. Some piston skirts feature a molybdenum disulfide coating applied by screen printing to reduce friction, enhancing performance and durability. Each piston is engineered in Italy and tested on engine dynamometer benches and on track. The kit includes the piston, pin, circlips, and piston rings, all of which are replaceable and interchangeable. Piston rings are produced in Japan with wear-resistant coatings for increased retention and durability.
