Includes 5 meters of black PVC covered conduit with a fitted low friction Teflon liner, 5 meters of 1.5mm OD inner wire, and a range of nipples and fittings. Fittings can be bonded or indented for secure attachment. The kit includes enough fittings to make at least five lines. Components include 5 meters conduit with Teflon liner, 5 meters 1.5mm galvanised wire rope, 10 ferrules, 10 neoprene boots, 1 midway adjuster, 20 carburettor nipples, 20 ferrules, 2 neoprene tapered boots, and 5 barrel nipples. A basic soldering kit is recommended for assembly.

This universal throttle cable repair kit from Venhill is designed for workshop use, allowing you to create custom throttle cables for a variety of applications, most commonly for motorcycles. Manufactured in the United Kingdom, this kit provides a comprehensive solution for cable replacement and repair.
Venhill cables are renowned for their smooth operation. This is achieved through a low-friction PTFE Teflon liner within the conduit, which also offers excellent heat resistance. The inner wire is constructed from multi-strand material, ensuring both flexibility and strength for reliable performance.
This kit includes 5 meters of conduit with a black PVC cover and a pre-fitted Teflon liner. You also receive 5 meters of 1.5mm outer diameter (O.D.) inner wire. A variety of essential nipples and high-quality fittings are supplied, sufficient to create at least five complete cables. The ferrules and bends are designed for a secure fit on the conduit, and can be bonded or secured with a small indentation. Additional fittings, conduit, and wire are available separately should you need them.
