This Wiseco Crankshaft assembly includes Main Bearings and a Gasket set, designed for enhanced performance and durability. The connecting rods are double-forged for superior dimensional consistency and improved grain flow. A shot-peening process eliminates residual stresses and smooths the rod forging surfaces. For corrosion resistance, a special surface treatment is applied.

The top and bottom end rod bores are case hardened to 58-62 RC to optimize the bearing running surface. Crank pin bearing radial running clearance is precisely calibrated to ensure maximum performance. Precision honing guarantees an ultra-round bearing surface. Engineered oiling slots maximize rod strength and extend bearing life. Double-drilled small ends provide the piston pin with extra lubrication and cooling, reducing distortion of the top end due to thermal transfer from the piston.
