This Wiseco Bottom-End Rebuild Crankshaft Kit is engineered for optimal performance and durability. It features precision-trued components that meet OEM specifications and factory-assembled connecting rods. The connecting rods are double-forged to ensure consistent dimensions and improved grain flow, while shot-peening eliminates residual stresses and smooths forging surfaces.

This kit includes a corrosion-resistant surface treatment for enhanced longevity. The top and bottom end rod bores are case hardened to 58-62 RC, creating an ideal surface for bearings. The crank pin bearing radial running clearance is optimized for maximum performance. Precision honing ensures an ultra-round bearing surface, and engineered oiling slots maximize rod strength and bearing life.

Additionally, the double-drilled small ends provide the piston pin with extra lubrication and cooling, helping to reduce top-end distortion caused by thermal transfer from the piston. The kit includes silver-coated bronze phosphor thrust washers with a dimpled design to increase oil retention and reduce friction between the rod and washer interface. Crank pin bearings are manufactured using high-quality hot-rolled steel, case hardened to 58-62 RC.
