HONDA CR 125 1992-1999 GRADE C 53.95mm SINGLE RING RACE PISTON
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex aluminium alloys with 12%, 18%, or 21% silicon content depending on the application. Pistons are made using gravity casting or hydraulic forging, followed by a heat treatment process. Machining is performed on CNC machines using diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Each piston undergoes manual and automatic quality control. Vertex pistons feature a Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating for break-in and friction reduction. A new Phosphate Coating is also available, offering increased hardness and surface porosity for enhanced adhesion and durability of the Molybdenum Coating. This piston is Grade C and has a 53.95mm diameter.
