MINO REAR SPROCKET FUSION 2-RING, 23-316-520-48 BLUE STEEL/ALLOY. This is the longest lasting most durable off-road sprocket you can buy. The unique flat face design keeps weight to a minimum and means the 2-RING FUSION is as narrow as a regular sprocket. The inner ring is high strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium. The outer ring is Nickel Coated steel. The outer is expanded at 200 degrees C and then fitted to inner, creating a permanent fusion friction bond for the life of the sprocket. FUSION SERIES FEATURES: Inner ring in 7075 aluminum and special hardened steel outer ring combine low weight with maximum lifespan. CAD designed, CNC machined and laser cut using state of the art technology. Precise manufacturing interlocks both rings, eliminates all movement. Sector optimized layout for maximum strength and lowest weight. Inner ring is color anodized coated for extra strength and durability.
