The mounting hole dimensions are 3 inch x 6 5/8 inch (76mm x 169mm) and 3 inch x 4 7/8 inch (76mm x 124mm). The fairlead bolt pattern is 5.98 inch (152mm) and 4.29 inch (109mm). Installation is quick and straightforward.
