SUZUKI RM 125 2000-2003 GRADE D 53.98mm SINGLE RING PISTON
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex aluminium alloys with 12%, 18%, or 21% silicon, depending on the application. The pistons are produced using gravity cast or hydraulic forging processes, followed by heat treatment in an automatic implant with solubilization by quench in hot water. Machining is performed using CNC machines and diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Each Vertex piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. Pistons are coated with Molybdenum Bisulphite for break-in and friction reduction. A new Phosphate Coating is also available, offering increased hardness and superior adhesion qualities compared to the Molybdenum Coating. This piston is Grade D and measures 53.98mm with a single ring.
