SUZUKI RM 125 2004-2013 GRADE B 53.96mm SINGLE RING PISTON
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex aluminum alloys with 12%, 18%, or 21% silicon depending on the application. Pistons are produced using gravity casting or hydraulic forging. The material structure is refined through a hi-tech heat treatment process in an automatic HT implant with solubilization by quenching in hot water. Machining is completed using the latest CNC machines and software with diamond tools, achieving specific surface finishes. Every Vertex piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. Vertex pistons are coated with a special Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating for break-in and friction reduction. A new Phosphate Coating is also available, offering increased hardness and surface porosity for superior adhesion and durability. This product is a Grade B, 53.96mm single ring piston.
