SUZUKI RM 125 2004-2013 GRADE D 53.98mm SINGLE RING PISTON
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex aluminum alloys with 12%, 18%, or 21% silicon, depending on the application. Pistons are made using gravity casting or hydraulic forging, with material structure refined by heat treatment in an automatic HT implant with solubilization by quenching in hot water. Machining is done using the latest CNC machines and software with diamond tools, achieving specific surface finishes. Each Vertex piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. Vertex pistons are coated with a special Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating to aid break-in and reduce friction. A new, all-over Phosphate Coating provides increased hardness and surface porosity for superior adhesion and durability of the Molybdenum Coating. This piston has a 53.98mm bore and a single ring design.
