SUZUKI RM 250 1989-1995 GRADE C 66.96mm TWIN RING PISTON
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex aluminium alloys with 12%, 18%, or 21% silicon content depending on the application. They are made using either gravity cast or hydraulic forging processes, followed by a heat treatment using a solubilization quench in hot water. Machining is performed using the latest CNC machines, software, and diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Each piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. Vertex pistons are coated with a special Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating for break-in and friction reduction. A new, all-over Phosphate Coating offers increased hardness and surface porosity for superior adhesion and durability of the Molybdenum Coating. This piston has a diameter of 66.96mm.
