ProX clutch baskets are precision machined from heat-treated aircraft billet 7075-T6 aluminum alloy to OE precision standards. Sophisticated hard-anodizing guarantees extended life under the severest racing conditions. Each kit includes the necessary hardware for easy installation. Clutch baskets are designed to maximize strength through feature-aligned grain flow and utilize as-forged features produced through a precision process, resulting in higher mechanical properties and resistance to impact and fatigue. All clutch baskets are hard anodized to produce an ultra-tough, abrasive-resistant surface, ensuring a long life of smooth clutch operation by eliminating wear on the sides of the clutch basket tabs. A special added Teflon coating seals the coating to create a near-frictionless surface for the clutch plate tabs to glide upon. All clutch baskets come with pre-applied thread locker fasteners and an inbus tool.
