The cylinder is cast from AB4C aluminum with a NIKASIL PLATED sleeve for superior wear resistance. It is a direct drop-in installation with no case modifications required. Sleeve hardness is HV500-600 with a thickness of 0.08 +/- 0.02mm. Cylinder material is JIS AC4B-T6 Aluminum with a hardness of HR65up. The kit includes: 77mm Psychic MX-09150-2 cylinder, Namura NX-40032T top end gasket set, and Namura FX-40032 77mm hyperdryve piston kit.
