TYGRIS Weld Spatter Release WB 400 ml is a water-based, solvent-free formulation designed to prevent the adhesion of welding spatter on workpieces, nozzles, shrouds, jigs, and tools. Suitable for use on all types of welding equipment, it provides an environmentally considerate alternative to solvent-based products while delivering an effective non-stick surface. Features include prevention of spatter adhesion, a non-silicone formulation suitable for applications requiring subsequent finishing, an excellent non-stick finish, non-flammable properties, and water rinseability. It is also dichloromethane free. Shake can thoroughly before use and spray sparingly from a distance of 20 to 30 cm, ensuring even coverage. Specifications: Appearance is a pale yellow clear liquid with a slight vegetable oil odour. Contents are a blend of refined vegetable oils in a petroleum naphtha with butane, isobutane and propane propellant. Flash point is <0°C. It is insoluble in water and designed for use at ambient temperatures. Relative density is 1.198. It is extremely flammable.
