MINO REAR SPROCKET FUSION 2-RING, 23-554-48 BLACK STEEL/ALLOY. Part No. SR210-48.AF.BK. The longest lasting most durable off-road sprocket. Unique flat face design keeps weight to a minimum and is as narrow as a regular sprocket. Inner ring is high strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium. Outer ring is Nickel Coated steel. Outer is expanded at 200 C and then fitted to inner, creating a permanent fusion friction bond. Inner ring in 7075 aluminum and special hardened steel outer ring combine low weight with maximum lifespan. CAD designed, CNC machined and laser cut using state of the art technology. Precise manufacturing interlocks both rings, eliminates all movement. Sector optimized layout for maximum strength and lowest weight. Inner ring is color anodized coated for extra strength and durability. Race proven on the toughest sand tracks in the Netherlands & Belgium.

The MINO FUSION 2-RING Rear Sprocket is engineered for exceptional durability and longevity in off-road conditions. Its innovative design combines a high-strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminum inner ring with a nickel-coated steel outer ring, creating a permanent fusion bond for maximum lifespan.

The unique flat face design minimizes weight and maintains a narrow profile, comparable to standard sprockets. Precision manufacturing using CAD design, CNC machining, and laser cutting ensures a perfect interlocking of the rings, eliminating any movement. The sector-optimized layout provides superior strength while keeping weight to a minimum. The inner ring is finished with a color anodized coating for enhanced strength and durability.

This race-proven sprocket has been tested on demanding sand tracks in the Netherlands and Belgium.
