ACF-50 Anti-Corrosion Formula is a state-of-the-art anti-corrosion and lubricant compound designed for the aerospace industry. It is an ultra-thin fluid film compound that must be applied annually. ACF-50 actively penetrates corrosion deposits, emulsifies and encapsulates the electrolyte, and lifts it away from the metal surface. It then dispels moisture and forms an atmospheric barrier to prevent further moisture contact. This compound continues to penetrate and creep into seams, lap joints, micro-cracks, and around rivet heads, dissipating moisture, including salt water. ACF-50 remains effective for 12 months and gradually disappears as it is chemically consumed. On new metal, it forms a self-healing barrier that prevents corrosion from starting and remains effective for up to two years. ACF-50 is an excellent lubricant that does not contain wax, resin, silicon, or Teflon compounds. It is approved for use on electronics, is non-flammable, non-toxic, and contains no solids. Film thickness is 0.00026. ACF-50 is a blend of ultra-pure base stocks, specialty corrosion inhibitors, and surfactants. Includes a spray bottle.

ACF-50 Anti-Corrosion Formula is a cutting-edge anti-corrosion and lubricant compound specifically engineered for the aerospace industry. This ultra-thin fluid film compound requires annual application.
ACF-50 actively penetrates corrosion deposits to the base of the corrosion cell, emulsifying and encapsulating the electrolyte and lifting it away from the metal surface. It then displaces moisture and creates an atmospheric barrier that prevents further moisture contact, rendering the cell inactive. This compound continues to penetrate and creep into seams, lap joints, micro-cracks, and around rivet heads, dissipating moisture, including saltwater, in these corrosion-prone areas. These unique properties of ACF-50 remain effective for up to 12 months, gradually being consumed.
On new metal, ACF-50 forms a self-healing barrier that prevents corrosion from initiating. ACF-50 remains physically and chemically effective for up to two years.
ACF-50 is also an excellent lubricant but contains no wax, resin, silicon, or Teflon compounds that can cause mechanisms to gum up, block drain holes, or trap moisture leading to corrosion.
While primarily used in aviation, ACF-50 can be applied anywhere corrosion is a concern, including interior metal surfaces, structural assemblies, micro switches, avionic components, and solenoids/motors.
