MINO REAR SPROCKET FUSION 2-RING SR210-50.AF.BK. Black steel/alloy construction. This is a long-lasting and durable off-road sprocket with a unique flat face design to keep weight to a minimum and maintain a narrow profile. The inner ring is made from high-strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium and the outer ring is Nickel Coated steel. The outer ring is heated to 200°C and fitted to the inner ring, creating a permanent fusion friction bond. The Fusion Series features an inner ring in 7075 aluminum and a special hardened steel outer ring combining low weight with maximum lifespan. CAD designed, CNC machined, and laser cut using state-of-the-art technology. Precise manufacturing interlocks both rings, eliminating movement. Sector optimized layout for maximum strength and lowest weight. The inner ring is color anodized coated for extra strength and durability. Race proven on tough sand tracks. Weight: 764 grams.
