It features a 300M aircraft-grade centre shaft engineered to flex and absorb force, with re-engineered CV and internal components intended to reduce drivetrain and CV joint failures under demanding use such as heavy loads and oversized tyres. The centre shaft material is aircraft-grade 300M steel, a modified 4340 chromoly alloy with added Vanadium and higher silicon content. The CV joint and internal components are made of 4340 chromoly steel. It offers a maximum operating angle of up to 47 degrees and is up to 40% stronger than 4340 material XHD axles, with large CV joint and shaft diameters.
