Steel plates are precision-made to exacting tolerances, heat-treated for maximum life, and will not contaminate oil. Clutch springs are precision wound from chrome silicon wire, heat-treated, and shot-peened for maximum life, designed to prevent slippage without overly strong spring rates, providing great lever feel and easy operation.
