Cylinder rebore service for 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines. Covers bore sizes from 85 mm to 112 mm. Accommodates single-cylinder to six-cylinder engine configurations. Assistance available for cylinder measurement and part identification for engine rebuilds; pistons can be supplied for most models. Cylinders must be submitted completely stripped of all parts and components, with no gaskets attached, and must be clean and free from oil or dirt. Deburr and wash before use. Reboring is carried out without the use of lathes. Additional cleaning and preparation work may incur a standard charge. Optional bead blasting service available for barrel cleaning. An additional preparation charge of up to £30 may apply where stripping or cleaning requirements have not been met. Reboring is performed without the use of lathes.
