Namura Piston Kit NX-30080-4 for Suzuki RM80 1991-2001. Features a 48.50mm bore and is 1.00mm oversize. Engineered in the USA, manufactured in Taiwan. Constructed from high-silicon content hypereutectic cast aluminum for reduced heat expansion, tighter clearances, increased hardness, longer life, and reduced scuffing. Machined, smooth piston crowns reduce carbon buildup and increase horsepower and fuel economy. Hard anodized crowns offer 75% greater strength than non-anodized, minimizing expansion and reducing the risk of cold seizures when paired with Teflon/Molybdenum coated skirts. MOS2 Teflon/Molybdenum coated skirts help reduce friction and heat for increased power and longevity. Namura rings are designed to match OEM specifications. Available in fractional oversize pistons (-B and -C) for some applications to renew original cylinder clearance, avoiding expensive sleeve installation. Piston assemblies include ring(s), wrist pin, and circlips.
