The third-generation REV3 variable-rate throttle system features a slim throttle housing and an interchangeable reel mechanism to tailor throttle response. It offers durability, straightforward installation with snap-together elbows and billet adjusters, sealed cable boots, and cable housings designed for reduced friction and stable adjustment support. This system includes a variable-rate throttle via an innovative reel changing system with five reel ranges and a progressive cam option. The slim REV3 throttle housing provides increased lever clearance and adjustable position. It has an improved throttle stop for strength and durability, snap-together elbows for easier installation and reel changes, and a cable boot to keep out dirt and dust. It is compatible with DirtControl V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips. Billet aluminium inline cable adjusters are included for ease of installation and adjustment. The lower cable section has a 5 mm housing with PTFE liner for reduced friction, increased routing flexibility, and lighter weight. The upper cable section has a 6 mm housing for solid adjuster support. It comes with four interchangeable round reels: 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, and a progressive cam reel.
