Supplied as a kit including friction plates, steel separator plates, and heavy-duty clutch springs, it is suitable for off-road motorcycle and ATV clutch applications. Features include anti-swell, alloy-impregnated cork-based facings to reduce plate swell and maintain consistent engagement. Designed to give smooth clutch take-up with improved modulation compared with paper-type friction materials. Steel separator plates are included to help prevent premature driven plate wear and loss of stack height. Pin-planished steel plates improve oil spread across clutch surfaces and reduce heat fade. Swaged aluminium carriers spread load on the clutch basket and help reduce basket "dogging". Not for use with fully synthetic oil.
