Withstands 500 degrees Fahrenheit direct continuous and 2000 degrees Fahrenheit radiant heat. Not recommended for use on or against headers, exhaust pipes, or extremely hot surfaces due to the hook and loop fastener's melting point of approximately 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Can be used in about 90% of the underhood area when installed. Size is approximately 2 feet by 4.2 inches (60cm x 10.6cm).
