PROX Clutch Baskets are precision machined from heat-treated aircraft Billet 7075-T6 aluminum alloy to OE precision standards. Sophisticated hard anodizing guarantees extended life under the severest racing conditions. Each kit includes the necessary hardware for easy installation. Designed to maximize strength through feature-aligned grain flow and utilizing as-forged features, these clutch baskets offer higher mechanical properties and resistance to impact and fatigue. All PROX clutch baskets are hard anodized to produce an ultra-tough, abrasive-resistant surface, ensuring a long life of smooth clutch operation by eliminating wear on the sides of the clutch basket tabs. A special added Teflon coating creates a near-frictionless surface for the clutch plate tabs to glide upon. All PROX clutch baskets come with pre-applied thread locker fasteners and an Allen tool.
