PROX Clutch Basket for KAWASAKI KX 250 1992 - 2005. Precision machined from heat-treated aircraft billet 7075-T6 aluminum alloy to OE precision standards. Features sophisticated hard-anodising for extended life, even in severe racing conditions. The design maximizes strength with feature-aligned grain flow and utilizes as-forged features produced through a precision process, resulting in higher mechanical properties and resistance to impact and fatigue. The hard anodized finish creates an ultra-tough, abrasive-resistant surface, ensuring a long life of smooth clutch operation by eliminating wear on the sides of the clutch basket tabs. A special added Teflon coating seals the surface, creating a near frictionless area for clutch plate tabs to glide. Each kit includes necessary hardware, pre-applied thread locker fasteners, and an Allen key for installation.
