The FUSION 2-RING CHAIN WHEEL REAR SPROCKET features a Steel and Alloy build, designed for longevity and durability in off-road conditions. Its unique flat face design minimizes weight and keeps the sprocket as narrow as a standard one. The inner ring is made from high-strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium, while the outer ring is Nickel Coated steel. This outer ring is heated to 200°C and fitted to the inner ring, creating a permanent fusion bond. Features include CAD design, CNC machining, and laser cutting using state-of-the-art technology for precise manufacturing that eliminates movement between the rings.
