The outer ring is heated to 200°C and then fitted to the inner ring, creating a permanent bond. Features include an inner ring of 7075 aluminum and a hardened steel outer ring for a balance of low weight and extended lifespan. The sprocket is CAD designed, CNC machined, and laser cut using advanced technology. Precise manufacturing ensures the rings interlock without movement. The design optimizes sector layout for strength and minimal weight. The inner ring is color anodized for added strength and durability. This sprocket has been race-proven on challenging sand tracks.
