MINO REAR SPROCKET FUSION 2-RING SR210-48.AF.RD RED STEEL/ALLOY. The longest lasting most durable off-road sprocket. Features a unique flat face design that keeps weight to a minimum and makes the 2-RING FUSION as narrow as a regular sprocket. Inner ring is high strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium. Outer ring is Nickel Coated steel. The outer ring is expanded at 200 °C and then fitted to the inner ring, creating a permanent fusion friction bond for the life of the sprocket. Inner ring in 7075 aluminum and special hardened steel outer ring combine low weight with maximum lifespan. CAD designed, CNC machined and laser cut using state of the art technology. Precise manufacturing interlocks both rings, eliminating all movement. Sector optimized layout for maximum strength and lowest weight. Inner ring is color anodized coated for extra strength and durability. Weight 716 grams.
