The inner ring is constructed from high strength Ultralight 7075 T6 Aluminium, while the outer ring is made of Nickel Coated steel. The outer ring is expanded at 200°C and fitted to the inner ring, creating a permanent fusion friction bond. This sprocket combines low weight with maximum lifespan, is CAD designed, CNC machined and laser cut using state of the art technology. Precise manufacturing interlocks both rings, eliminating movement. Sector optimized layout provides maximum strength and lowest weight.
