This VintCo piston kit is expertly engineered for vintage Suzuki RL250, DS250, and TS250 2-stroke models. It offers an exceptional fit and reliable performance, comparable to or exceeding original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. Each kit is meticulously crafted in Germany to ensure superior quality and durability.
Designed for specific applications, this kit is for 71.5 mm bore sizes with a +1.5 mm oversize. The piston itself measures 71.44 mm, providing a precise 0.06 mm clearance for optimal operation. The kit includes essential components for a complete installation: the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and clips.
To facilitate an easier break-in period and enhance longevity, the piston features a MoS2 (Molybdenum Disulfide) coating. This coating aids in initial lubrication and reduces friction during the critical running-in phase. Please note that a separate wrist pin bearing is required for installation and is sold individually.
