Crafted using advanced CNC machining tools, Athena pistons achieve exceptional dimensional accuracy, maintaining tolerances within 0.01 mm. They are constructed from a specialized high-performance aluminum alloy rich in silicon, offering the same dependability as OE pistons while delivering superior resistance and performance. The meticulously smooth piston profile promotes optimized airflow and efficient flame propagation for maximum power output.
Some Athena piston skirts feature a molybdenum disulfide coating applied through screen printing. This treatment further reduces friction, leading to enhanced performance and extended durability of the piston.
