This single seal kit features an oil seal and a separate dirt wiper seal. The oil seal has a 50mm inner diameter and is crafted from a specially developed NBR elastomer. This material is chosen for its lower friction characteristics, contributing to a smoother and more responsive riding experience. The new oil seal lip geometry is specifically optimized for fork applications.
The dirt wiper seal works in conjunction with the oil seal to provide excellent protection against contamination, ensuring the fork's internal components remain clean and lubricated. For high contamination situations, this wiper seal can feature an optional dual lip design.
