Where other designs use a single magnet that can only resolve data once per revolution, Eagle Powertrain Speed Ring is a far cleaner and more integrated design that utilizes six magnets. This allows Eagle Powertrain to measure speed six times faster, with six times more readings per wheel revolution. In this way, Eagle Powertrain Speed Ring drastically increases accuracy of the data being collected, making possible the transformative functionality of Eagle Powertrain Shift Assist and Eagle Powertrain Coast Shift. Plus, its integrated, hub-mounted design delivers a sleek look that’s far more befitting of a Super-EMTB
