SUZUKI RM 125 1990-1999 GRADE D 53.98mm SINGLE RING PISTON
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex aluminium alloys with 12%, 18%, or 21% silicon content depending on the application. They are produced using gravity cast or hydraulic forging processes, followed by a heat treatment in an automatic HT implant with solubilization by quenching in hot water. Machining is performed using CNC machines and diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Every Vertex piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. The pistons are coated with a special Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating for break-in and friction reduction. Vertex also offers a new Phosphate Coating with increased hardness and surface porosity for superior adhesion and durability of the Molybdenum Coating. This piston is 53.98mm with a single ring.
