SUZUKI RM 80 (79cc) 1991-1999 GRADE B 46.46mm SINGLE RING PISTON
Vertex pistons are manufactured using Low-Ex Silicon charged aluminium alloys. The pistons are produced using gravity cast or hydraulic forging processes and then refined using a high-tech heat treatment process. Machining is completed using the latest CNC machines and diamond tools to achieve specific surface finishes. Every Vertex piston undergoes rigorous manual and automatic quality control. Vertex pistons are coated with a special Molybdenum Bisulphite black coating for break-in and friction reduction. A new Phosphate Coating is also available, offering increased hardness and superior adhesion qualities over the Molybdenum Coating, extending durability. This is a single ring piston with a 46.46mm bore size and Grade B sizing.

Vertex Grade B 46.46mm Single Ring Piston
The Vertex Grade B 46.46mm single ring piston is engineered for peak performance and long-term durability.
