The REV3 3rd-generation variable-rate throttle system features an interchangeable reel mechanism to tailor throttle response, a slim REV3 housing for increased lever clearance, and components designed for reliable, low-friction operation. Supplied as a complete kit with throttle assembly, model-specific cables, grips, and multiple cam reels to suit varying riding conditions. Includes an innovative reel-changing system to tailor throttle rate to preference and conditions with a five-reel range; smaller reels slow the rate, larger reels increase it. The progressive cam reel provides a non-linear response preferred by some riders. The slim REV3 throttle housing allows more room for lever clearance and housing position adjustment. Features an improved throttle stop for greater strength and durability and snap-together elbows for easier installation and reel changes. The cable boot excludes dirt and dust for smooth, reliable operation. Off-road kits are compatible with DirtControl V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips. Billet aluminum inline cable adjusters are included for straightforward installation and adjustment. This system is simple to install and maintain and is patented. Off-road kits include the unbreakable Titan Throttle Tube. Cables are REV3 black vinyl cables specifically designed for the bike. Sportbike kits include RoadControl grips; off-road kits include DirtControl II grips. Reels included are four interchangeable round reels (35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm) plus one progressive cam reel. Cam reel profiles include a sportbike kit with a road race profile cam reel (orange) and an off-road kit with an off-road profile cam reel (grey).
