Athena Top End Piston and Gasket Kit

This Athena Top End Piston Kit combines a high-performance forged 4-stroke piston with a complete top-end gasket set, designed to work seamlessly for optimal engine performance and reliability. Athena engineers all components internally, ensuring perfect tuning between the piston and gaskets for superior results.

The forged pistons are manufactured using state-of-the-art CNC machinery from a special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content. This provides excellent strength and durability comparable to Original Equipment (OE) pistons, while also offering enhanced resistance and improved performance. The smooth piston profile promotes consistent airflow and efficient flame propagation. Some pistons feature a molybdenum disulfide coating on the skirts to further reduce friction, boosting performance and longevity. The included piston rings, manufactured in Japan, feature wear-resistant coatings (PVD or chromium nitride) for reduced friction against the cylinder wall, leading to higher performance and extended durability.
